I love to cook! Tonight I made egg muffins and banana peanut butter protein muffins for breakfast.
I know you say carbs, carbs and more carbs. Nope none really in these since there is no flower involved in making these.
The egg muffins are the easiest grab and go breakfast or snack. They are super easy to make and only take 16 minutes to bake. You can also play around with the ingredients and make different varieties.
1/3c onion diced
1/2c shredded cheese ( I use grated)
Salt & Pepper to taste
1c diced ham chunks
Preheat oven to 400
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Spray muffin pan really well with non stick spray. Use 1/3c of mixture in each tin. Bake for 16 minutes or until center is no longer giggly.

I also adapted this one using Agave sweetener instead of honey to cut down on the sugar content.
