Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Fat Bombs 

I have been wanting to make some fat bombs for months now. Someone shared this one on my best friends page and I thought it sounded delicious. 

However I did tweak the recipe a little, to make it bariatric friendly. 

8 oz cream cheese softened

1 stick (1/2 cup) salted butter (Kerigold)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 

1/3 cup stevia (I used half) 

3 oz sugar free chocolate chips 

Cream everything together in a mixer and then spray a cookie scoop with coconut oil cooking spray. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before scooping onto parchment paper, then freeze for 30 minutes and store in the refrigerator.
